Woke up this morning to see this guy, fully open, I am new to this hobby and I am not sure if it's normal or not.

Looks fine! A bit odd that one head looks hyper-open (I've never seen this). But I think you're good.

Looks normal to me. Its when they are closed up not eating and you see bleaching or tissue damaged you wanna be worried. Just keep peramiters in check and you will be good to go.
