Tank has been running for 2 months this started about 2 weeks ago red and neon orange on rock under blue light with orange glasses
I have a cleaner shrimp, emerald crab, and 3 blue hermits

Normal. Part of the " ugly stage" new reefs go through. Looks to be diatoms. Siphon the rocks off and keep your parameters in line like you have them and keep up with water changes. Just be patient.
