Is this normal?

Hello y’all! I’ve watched and read threads on this site for a couple years now and it just dawned on me to create an account.

I have a question I cannot seem to get an answer on. It looks like some tentacles on my Duncan are dying, possibly? Has anyone run across this before?

I figured out it was an issue with nitrates. Did a water change and it looks much much better today!!

It's usually one of the three: lighting, flow or water parameters. Glad your coral is doing better.
