Two jebao gyre pumps are behind that. 1/2” grates, think this is ok for housing a BTA in the tank?

Better than nothing!
Will keep floaters out but if the nem attaches to the grate he will fit through those holes no problem. Might take him a day or so...it will slow them down.

Definitely good prevention, my BTA started walking about my rocks on 6th and was was on my sandbed on 7th (below my wavemaker) I moved it back to rocks but to a higher position (thinking it needs more light) but it's slowly creeping back to original place.. obviously not happy.
This is great idea as I also don't want churned up BTA in my aquriam

Held together All zip ties and eggcrate from menards. Back right corner of the store took me forever to find it . Fashioned suction cups to it with zip ties as well. Hopefully one day years from now the nem will have found its spot and i can remove it. Let me know if u want more details on the cage

Not really on cage but any information you can share on anemone would be a great help, thank you

First one I got lasted 12 hours cause it got chopped up in these pumps. Other than to cover your wave makers I am wrong guy to ask lol

At least a person could catch him before going through, right?

Right.
I had a 6" colorado sunburst squeeze thru a hole the size of a sharpie in 48h. Half its body was thru at 24h with half the tenticles
wow! yeah they're crazy. I will never have another one. I'll admire everyone else's!
