Is this ok?

Just got this vinegar delivered today but just realised is says malt on it is it still ok to use

What color is it?

The darker it is, the more organics it has in it besides acetic acid.

Its clear like water. It just says distilled vinegar on the label so I thought it was ok till I saw the ingredients

It is very likely fine to use. It will have traces of other organics in it, but so do all of the products people use for organic carbon dosing.
