Is this orange coralline?

I think this is orange coralline! And what is the stringy white stuff…sponges (it’s not mucus)? I just dipped the coral.

Is the orange stuff crusty/hard (this would indicate that it is calcified)? I am leaning more towards the orange stuff being fleshy, dying red macroalgae as these turn neon-orange when weakened.
The white thing looks like a hydroid of some sort but the pictures are too blurry to say for sure.

No it’s not hard I think it’s probably algae then too. And the white stuff is not like any hydroids I’ve ever seen. But it could be.
