I bought the Magic Meters to read the colors for me in Alk and Phosphorus but I still have to shake them. I think magnetic stirrers is way over the top especially because now you have to wash the spin bar. I can't possibly justify that extra step. i do understand the difficulty of painful limbs and the movement of shaking the vial. You got me thinking that maybe I can find an unemployed server or dancer to help out with the chores here at home?

Eh, I use the stirrer to clean my vials. Squirt a syringe worth of rodi in, rev the engine, empty out and repeat. Takes 15 seconds, clean vial, clean stir bar. Beats going to the sink

I've honestly thought about doing this, I really hate the Aquaforest kits for the amount of mixing you have to do, but they are the easiest for me to tell the endpoint.

Thats a good idea. I thought about putting white paper on the plate.
I turnes mine up just like an hr ago to see what it would do. Lol. Wow.
I can aerate water in 2secs.

I can't see that well. I'd probably end up swallowing the bead and spitting out the ice.

@elysics seems to have figured out a good logistical solution!
