Recently got some new LR and as usual it comes with its fair share of critters.. But this is a new one for me as I'm fairly new to SW.. I feel like it's some kind of Pseudocorynactis.. If so I've read numerous things about it but I'm still not sure if it is a bad hitchhiker from the mixed reviews.. But if it is bad how do I get rid of it? I do love its coloring though so if it's not a nuisance I would love to keep it. And if I'm wrong.. What is it??

But if it's something you think you may not want in the future, it's a whole lot easier to get rid of them now.

Stay small, harmless. They don't like light and will melt if directly in it for long. Most that "disappear" randomly end up in your sump or behind rocks. I welcome them to my tank as beneficial fauna as they filter feed and colonize areas that your corals don't grow.

Win/win in my book.
