What is growing under my Orange passion frag.

Definitely looks like xenia. I would just let it grow and just trim it back if it interferes with the growth of the Orange Passion or any other corals. While xenia grows like a weed, it provides a lot of movement to a reef aquarium.

Wonder if it will survive I'm pushing like 25,000 gallons per hour of flow in my tank.

Hard to tell from the pic but does look like it pulsing Xenia. Once Xenia gets established, it’s very hard to kill off, even with 25k gallons flow. If you don’t want the Xenia in your tank I’d try to get rid of it ASAP

Polyps look too small for xenia im leaning toward a small leather starting.

I had a small rock with some Xenia on it that I put on the sand near the back glass. It spread from that rock to the back glass and within a few months started to cover almost half of it. I scraped it all off last weekend, no more xenia in my tank.

The Xenia on the back glass was getting blasted by the PH right near it and it still grew and didn't phase it at all.
