Is this red slime algae (Cyano)??

Please Help!!
A few days ago, my reef tank started to show a few spots in the rocks with this kind of algae, primary in the shadows of the rocks. My last reading of Phosphates was .015 ppm and nitrate .02 ppm, this readings was the last week with Salifert test kit.

would love to see microscope pic if possible. Does it pull off fairly easily, or is it very firmly attached?
I wonder if that might be lyngbya (a kind of cyano)? @Dan_P

Thanks @taricha , unfortunately i do not have microscope. This algae is very firm attached and is different to the common cyano. In this case this algae has lots of small filaments like small short hair

have the same in my new set up (almost 2 months old), but it's mainly on the lightest sides, don't depend from the flow. slime algae, on some places it stay strong, some it's pulling out very easy and it's mixed x
