so I beat my Dino problem but now got a lot of algae growing. Got a few patches of GHA but not worried about that. I am not sure what this is on my bottom. It’s on bunch of the rock to

Sure looks like, if the the algae doesn't come off with a quick swipe of your thumb and is hard to remove then it could be.

Usually that will start to grow on rocks and powerheads/bulkheads before glass.
 
i noticed the one rock that has a good bit on it. looks like one of my mexican turbo just cleared out an entire area of it. So i may go grab 2 more of those guys today to help out

Those are the only cuc that will control it, i had a blue tuxedo urchin who would clear it out in patches but the turbos are much better.

Now, bear in mind that the turbos will keep it under control...however it'll still come back. I've seen under the microscope that this stuff has little creeper vines that get into rocks and is hard to remove unless you kill it with bleach.
 
well gonna see how things go. I only have 2 turbo snails so i am probably going to get 2 more today. My trochus snails dont seem to touch it and the emerald crabs dont seem to either
