Is this red wire turf algae?

I added a small piece of rock with some hairy mushrooms on it from a LFS, but after a day noticed a piece of Aiptasia growing on it. I moved it completely shortly after noticing.
Now it is a few weeks later and I noticed some red algae starting as well as a piece of aptasia. Should I just remove the infected area altogether? The LFS piece of rock had leaned against my existing dry rock.

Hard to tell from pic, but it could be cyanobacteria.
