Ever since I have created stability in the tank and got out of starving my tank of nutrients, things have been picking up.

Is the following considered a normal rate of growth?
My Red Planet hasn't grown much at all...but this SPS has -- so I'm wondering if I am doing ok?

About 1.5 month photo interval.

.02-.04 po4
2-3 nitrate
440 ca
1300 mg
9.5 dkh

So does it show that my tank's water is doing better now?

I had nothing but STN, total death and zero polyp extension 3 months ago to every SPS I had in the tank.

Corals look great! Looks like you've reached SPS nirvana! Good husbandry and stability is the key. I'd bump your mag up a little but other than that keep up the good work!

Yep, I felt confident tonight to mount 5 of my frags onto the rock. I was fearful before of them simply RTN'ing as soon as I touched them.

How much higher? Like 1350 or 1400?
