I got this Temp USB logger from work because they decided to use wireless instead.
Just want to check if this is safe to use, I mean should I keep the probe in the bottle, or take it out and just rinse it properly with vinegar. The liquid in the bottle is typical anti free Propelyn Glycol. I'm worried that it might leak in the tank if I use it as it is, or if I take it out, what if the probe is not design to be submerged in water and may cause some electric shock to the fish?
Anyways, Im considering using it over my $10 temp monitor because, 1.medical grade quality (accurate), 2. have a high and low alarm, 3. it's FREE
