It says 100% silicon, does that mean its all good? I need to seal a bulkhead in the tank

You shouldn't have to put silicone on bulkheads, is it leaking or something. Also ive been told not to use the mold free stuff, don't know if that is accurate

The GE Type I usually comes in a blue tube I believe and is safe. Type II has the mold inhibitors that is not reef safe. That looks like Type II

Oh I just assumed I should seal it, if I don’t have to I won’t, it’s not leaking though. That’s great news, it means my tank is ready and I’ll have it totally set up by Tuesday. Ill post pics in my build thread than for anyone who wants to see it (its going to be really nice). It’s going to be cycleless and start with a ton of livestock from my current tank

There are a variety of similar looking products from GE, some of which you should avoid.

GE product number 5040 lists a tin ingredient and I'd avoid it:

Not unless there's some problem with it.

No need for anything on bulk head. Rubber seal on wet side and nut on dry hand tightened.
