Is this some kind of starfish?

This little guy showed up about a week after I set up my new tank using live rock. He’s only about 1/2” from top leg to bottom leg. Would love to know what it is and if it’s good or bad for the tank. Thanks!

Reef safe and eats all unwanted elements (food anbd detritus). Breeds easily in the tank and harmless
