I just found this guy today is it some type of sponge?

I am pretty sure that it's a type of sponge because now it got smaller and I also found some asterna starfish in the tank and I didn't dip my corals so that's where they came from but from what I read about sponges are that sometimes they stay and sometimes they don't and I had 1 in one of my bigger tanks and that one went away after a little while so we shall see what happens I just searched pictures on Google
