Is this spot a concern?

Noticed this spot on my pink streak. It’s eating and looks healthy just not sure if it’s a bacteria infection or a battle wound from another fish. Added a couple damsels so I wouldn't be surprised if it’s a battle wound. Hopefully one the pictures or videos help diagnose.

To me it looks like a battle wound but I am far from an expert. I have a sapphire damsel with the same thing where it appears dull in coloration in that spot but I actually watched it get nipped by another fish.

I was leaning toward a battle scar. Thinking’s it’s from the damsel I recently added, but haven’t witnessed any aggression between the damsel and PS yet.
 
Cant view the video but damsels are really aggressive so wouldn't be surprised if that is the source of the issue. Just keep an eye on the spot in question to ensure it doesn't get infected. Keep the fish well fed and water parameters pristine. Did you QT your damsels?
