Asterina starfish?
The white thing on the Rocks,?

Some say they eat corals .
Some say only eat dying corals .Some say won't eat corals .
Idk as never had any ^_^

They can self propagate by dropping a leg and can get lots of them in a shirt time apparently .
Harlequin shrimp will eat them but when all asterinas gone need re- home the shrimp as only eats starfish unless buy starfish to feed him

It's an astrea. There are dozens of kinds, most are beneficial. Until you see one munching on live coral i wouldn't worry.

I had them in my old tank probably hundreds lol I never minded just this one seems way bigger ….

Another question does that purple stuff look like coralline algae or no :/
