Is this starfish safe ?

I haven’t noticed this guy before but last night saw a bunch.

Looks like an Asterina Starfish. They're for the most part harmless, but they multiply like crazy in a nutrient rich environment. I pull them out during water changes if I see them

Welcome and what Crabs said. They can go nuts when nutrient level are up.
