Ok, I can write a book just by looking that picture, but will answer your question: yes, it's alive.

Revive is very hard on corals. It takes them some time to recover, I was using it and went with Bayer due to that fact, my corals would take for ever to recover after dipping.

Still not comfortable using bayer with my corals. But as of today it is still close but not a little looking better
 
Why dipping?
We only dip for a reason.
If you don't know what's going on, dipping can be more detrimental than helpful!
It's just like using additives without a need or testing.
Try look into water quality or lights.
Your lights don't look good in that picture.
