This is my bird's nest and I'm afraid it's getting STN or something else. Please advise

No I do think so it looks like it is just bleaching from too much light....
 
Can't imagine the lights are the cause as it is only getting about 200 (probably less) PAR. It was getting 221 before I lowered the lights. but that was weeks ago and this just started a couple days ago.

You aren't going to keep fast growers happy with low P numbers like this. Might even be light-induced if your system is really bright.

Are you doing anything specific to promote the really low level of PO4? If so, stop. If not, you might actually want to consider some phosphate fertilizer (e.g. Seachem or Brightwell, et al) to stop or reverse the effects you're showing in the photo.
 
They are both up as of today

PO4 - .043
NO3 - 10

And no I am not trying to reduce anything. I turned off ROX 3 days ago for Fluconozole treatment and also turned Skimmer off. Things are going up now and Bryopsis is dying.
