Is this swim bladder disorder?

Fish is doing weird flips in the water, swimming upside down, etc. see vid. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, no that isn't swim bladder disease - if you watch, when the fish isn't moving, it drifts without sinking or floating. That means its buoyancy is fine, the trouble is, this is what is called "agonal motion" and fish do that as they are dying.

I don't think there is anything that can be done for this fish, but you may want to check out other things if there are other animals in the tank - they could be at risk. If you want, take a look at this link and then make a post in the fish disease section:
