Is this Tank glass seam sufficient?

Usually I see seams that the silicone is smushed in and spread a bit but on mine it's more like a ball of silicon squeezed out. It's probably a bit hard to see in my pictures tho, the black dry tank is mine that I'm questioning and the wet one is the one I'm used to seeing.

The bottom of the tank though is a normal seam.

So is this type of seam a concern and can I go over it with more silicone? 40B tank
