I have had issues with my tap water and attached the analysis could you please tell me if it is ok and if my new 4 stage RO unit with MB-15 resin would clear anything that would kill corals etc.

First as you would guess your tap water is not fine. It has a lot of things including copper, chlorine, arsenic, aluminium which are not good for your corals. As far the RO/ DI unit goes it will definitely clean it up a lot but up to what extent its hard to tell. You can just sent a batch of that RO/DI water for sampling to know how much is actually cleared up.

What about drinking it

Yes it looks fine for drinking. The issue is that copper is deadly to inverts (it's deadly to us too, but only at much, much higher levels) and chlorine isn't good for the fish. Can you use this? Yes, of course, and provided to use a good dechlorinator, you should be able to keep fish and coral happy. However no one here would recommend it. BRS sells an affordable RO/DI until where installation is nothing more than screwing it on to the tap in your kitchen or basement if you'd like. Unless there is some legitimate reason you cannot use RO/DI, you should not use tap water. I've used tap in the past, and use RO/DI now. The difference is noticible. I battle less algae for starters.

I have a 4 stage RO unit with MB-15 resin and the water caused this to happen anthe RO supplier says there is nothing wrong with the RO or resin as its reacted with the water, the water company say their water is ok. ??????

OMG, that's nuts. No idea. Looks like someone got murdered in your RODI though.

yes and going through the process this issue turned up now im stuck was it the water the prob or the RO unit .Ive been using bought RO to get the tank back on track but don't know whether to risk it as new RO resin staying green with tds zero.

Yes 128 going in and zero out as above resin staying green

I mean the only way to really know is to send that 0TDS sample in to get a reading. Just makes me wonder if something was wrong with the previous resin.

I was using gold resin which didn't change colour as the RO unit was the only thing I did not replace I bought a new RO unit and the best resin which is MB-15 (green) , after running a day or so it went pink so I presumed it was water issue.I checked with the RO supplier who has been in business for years suppling kit and resin and he's never had an issue with resin as its bulk bought . I ran the unit without resin to waste for 8 hrs and refilled with mb-15 green resin and its stayed green with tds at zero , the water company who did the analysis say the water is ok so im stumped .

Could have been the water. It may test fine now, but in areas where heavy runoff following big rains lots of nasty stuff can get in the water that can't be removed completely by water treatment or potentially your RODI. I live in Buffalo, NY and we get our water from Lake Erie. Normally the tap water tests out just fine, but following heavy rains or snow melts there can be excessive runoff from factories along the lake as well as sewer backups that while leaving the water safe for humans, can have higher levels than normal of all kinds of stuff that would be harmful to a tank.
