Is this tempered?

Hi everyone. I am having trouble figuring out if my Aqueon tank is tempered. It is a 55 gallon tank. I have been trying the polarized sunglasses test and I’m not sure what I’m looking at. Please see the images below. These pictures are through the polarized glasses and are as I rotate the glasses. Any ideas?

Tempered.

You can see how it blacks out the screen. It may not go totally black, but you can see how it starts too.

If it wasn't tempered, no matter how you rotated the glasses, it would still be a clear image.

I did, and they said they didn’t know. They said that sometimes they use tempered and sometimes they don’t. They said tempered glass is more frequent with lack of supplies due to COVID. Thanks tho!

Lol. I had to laugh at that one as I know they never give people a straight answer. By the looks of it, it is definitely tempered. The ultra thin glass as compared to the thicker glass for the Top Fin (black silicone) tanks from Petsmart is also a dead giveaway.
