Is this the beginning of a Ick outbreak?

Hello R2R,
I have a quick question.
I own a 46 gallon reef tank with fish and I just noticed these microscopic organisms that are moving around on my glass

.

Is this Ick? I don't see any on my fish ( yet )

No. You won't see ich if it's not on a fish. Those are probably some kind of pods?

They are on a good portion of all the glass on my tank.

Definitely Copepods!! Great for your tank & food for your fish. If you want them to thrive (which you really do) I recommend dosing a little bit (just a little bit) of phytoplankton 1x a week.
