Looks more like an injury but after injury there’s healing or infectionI bought a fish trap to remove. Just in case.
Uronema will spears as a raspy like sore and infection often bacterial will be raw flesh
If you don’t have a quarantine set up, now may be a good opportunity to get one started
Often, starter kits at Walmart have the essentials needed to get one put together

Welcome to Reef2Reef!I bought a fish trap to remove. Just in case.
That could be Uronema, but if so, it is just starting up. Is the fish new to your tank? Any other chromis or anthias n the tank?

Tank has 2 clowns. Exquisite fire fish. And 2 chromis. Only the one chromis has this. Every fish was quarantined and treated with paracleanse as a precaution before being put in display tank
