Is this the start of corraline?

Hey. I've noticed these little patches on the back wall of the aquarium and I was wondering if it is the start of corraline. It is sort of purple in colour. (Sorry for the photobomb from the royal gramma)

Agreed - they seem to appear in tiny colonies like this, almost like on a petri dish.
