Ive got some hard green spots forming on glass and rocks. So hard, i need to use a razor blade to clean it. Is this the start of the PURPLE!? Its been slowly growing over the past month..

It almost looks like you have some cheap LED that is struggling to produce white and you still see the individual colors. (I am not insinuating that you have a cheap light, just what the different colors growing on your rocks look like)
Looks pretty cool to me :)

I have the R+G Turned up higher than the whites. Should i switch the % of white and r+b? Still trying to find the right spectrum.

Sadly I am not experienced enough to recommend lighting settings but I am sure one of the vets here will have great advice.
That said, I was actually saying it looked like the different colors of algae on your rocks looked like prisms of light.

My rock was covered with it less than 2 weeks ago. Now I am starting to see specs of purple where it was. If it doesn't come off with a tooth brush and doesn't move when you move your lights ;) it's probably coralline :)
