is this too much fish?

So my tank is not done cycling but i have been looking at fish to get and i want to get 2 clowns 1 yellow tang a a cleaner shrimp but im wondering if that too much fish for a tank that has just been cycled?

That tank is far too small for any of the tangs. The 2 clowns will be ok. I would wait a month on the cleaner shrimp.

ok thank you for the advise but i heard that when they outgrow the tank i can change them out
