Is this too much flow for a lepto?

I’ve only had this a week. I have a 32g biocube with Namibia reef lights and it’s about halfway up in the tank. Is this area going to be too much flow based on the video? I have an icecap 1k gyre at 40%.

Hard to tell. A general rule I follow is if it looks puffy it's good if it looks like the flesh is perfectly forced against the skeleton and you can see every detail of the skeleton it's too much flow

Were you able to see the video? Having issues with it. This doesn’t seem puffy but it looks the same as when it was on the sand bed. Never had one of these before.

The video didn't work too well on my phone. But heres an example from my tank, as you can see on it you cant really see the outlines of the skeleton at all. It just looks smooth and puffy. This guy is in lower flow, the same flow I do for mushrooms (which is really low)
