I've put my first coral into an invert quarantine tank and was wondering if this is too much flow for a Floridra Ultra Orange Ricordea. Websites suggest low to medium but, being new, I'm not sure what constitutes low/medium/high flow. I'd call this medium but worry it's too high. I re-aimed the QT's powerhead for now so there is little to no movement. Link to video is below, most of the movement starts at around 10s (first uploaded video as well, wasn't sure how to trim it). Also, for those familiar, what's the reddish colored stuff on the lower left of the ricordea mushroom's head? Thanks!

No and coraline? Hard to see.

Moderate light and water flow is best rate
