Is this too much flow for my torches?

My tank is dark or I would share a video I can in am if your still worried.. personally I think the only one that was getting hit to hard was the middle. I only say from one direction is bad cause I blasted a torch once and lost a head where it was taking the cross flow in one direction only. I prefer the wavy vibe. Just keep an eye if they are retraced or just looking blah go ahead and place them in a new spot.. I will say this my torches do not like getting moved around after established :)

If you don’t mind sending a video in the am that would be great. I’ll check on them tomorrow. Hopefully they will be fine tonight. I don’t want to get all wet tonight and move them lol. Thank for the help

To me the one at the top of the video looks good. The two smaller torches look like they're getting blasted with a little too much.

Morning. Here is my tank the lights are just coming on so and the fish think its feeding time:) The 21 tails and jester have been in this spot for about 8 months now. I just fragged the holy grail so I have it in bit more chill flow. You can see how the flow is wavy a from multiple directions. hope this helps. Thanks

Too much flow imo. Anything receiving direct flow will be too much, you want your pumps/powerheads to hit the corals with non direct flow.

Thanks for sending me the videos. I will go check on my touches when the lights turn on.

Flow looks good here. I like my flow to be medium strong for my torches and seems about the same here

Looks fine to me… I only have 5 torches but they’re in a sps tank and get ripped around and they grow like crazy! Mine split and grow faster than anything in my tank! Oh yeah they love the highest light I can give them also!

Ya I am surprised people are saying to turn it down.

Flow looked great to me. Torches aren't like hammers/frogspawn, they like it. Key is to make sure it varies so the extended polyps aren't getting slammed only one way.

Mine get blown around like crazy and put out tons of new heads. Like troylee, mine also get the same light as my SPS and love it.

The torch will tell you when it's not happy by closing up and not fully extending.
