All my other torches seem fine and this one for the pass 24h been acting weird. Is it splitting or something is going on?

Hard to tell from angle but may be

What do the other corals look like? 24hrs could just be a temporary thing if the others are fine. Is it from splitting? no
Today it seems like 3 other ones are starting too look like this.

i tested my water and got

Alk:9.6
Cal:400
Mag:1360
No3 0
Po4 0.03

salt 1.026
Temp 78

for the pass week i been feeding pretty heavy to raise my no3 but still no results.

i dose alk& cal daily
Live plankton every 2 days
Red sea ab+ every 3 days

i feed mostly frozen mysis shrimp and mixed dry food ( flakes, palets, seaweed)

Water parameters seem fine other than nutrient levels. How often are you feeding with the mysis and dried foods? Personally I have better results with LPS when I feed them something to eat 2 or 3 times a week with mysis or pellets. Are you target feeding them when you feed these foods?

Have you done a water change recently? Sometimes helpful to do a water change when the corals are looking odd and see if it helps.

Yeah my torches seem to shrivel up when my nutrient levels are too low. I had to start dosing phos and after a week or so it started to extend again

I feed the tank 2 times a day with mysi/ dried food.
And spot feed with mysis or reef chillin 2-3 time per week

Congratulations. You are now the proud owner of a three-headed torch. To confirm, count the number of mouths. If it used to have one mouth and now it has 3 mouths, there is your answer. If it always had three mouths, then I misunderstood the question.
