Looks like Vermetid Snails.
Not the best thing to have a lot of but they are mostly annoying.

So, are they harmful to aquarium? And how to get rid of them?

The only sure way is to manually remove the entire tube or superglue them shut. Some people claim Bumblebee snails eat them but I’ve never witnessed that in my tanks.

Vermetid snails arent bad unless you have corals sensitive to the mucous like some SPS. otherwise they do a reasonable job collecting floating particles
