Other option is chloroquine phosphate in quarantine setting
All passed awaySorry to see. Internal uronema just can't be effectively treated. To be honest, I just avoid common carriers of it and buying fish that somebody else quarantined can help - not because they can treat it, but because the loss is on them then, not you.

and yeah the thing is when ppl have anthias doing really well for months they never sell lolSo this is 100% internal uronema ?Sorry to see. Internal uronema just can't be effectively treated. Sorry to hear and as mentioned- signs pointed to uronema. If acquiring these fish again, I recommend a formalin or ruby rally bath for one hour. Uronema is often triggered by low salinity levels as well as excess food waste on tank bottom which this protozoan can feed on as often prevention can be more valuable than cure for this. All passed awayand yeah the thing is when ppl have anthias doing really well for months they never sell lol
So this is 100% internal uronema ?
