Is this Uronema?

I'm confident, just want a second opinion. Fish arrived this morning from Live Aquaria. Two orders ago with Azure Damsels, same thing.

Those red-ish areas are symptoms of uronema. Only way to know for sure would be to do a skin scrape and check it under a scope. But it sure does look like it and it's on the usual suspect.
