Is this velvet?

Just noticed last night that my yellow tang has a covering of tiny spots like a coat, see pic with the light on you cant see the spots on pic, but they are more visible to the eye! No other symptoms yet and still eating fine, all the other fish look fine. I've checked parameters and they're all good, the only change is I added a anemone last week. I have no quarantine tank so I'm not sure what to do. Tank has been set up since November with no issues!

It’s hard to see in the pic but the spots can be counted individually and the tang is acting well so my educated guess is that it is ich.

Velvet is usually devastating quickly especially by the time you see it. The fish would not be acting well.
