You certainly have eggs! Congrats. It is a little clutch, so probably first batch or so. They will become regular soon.
Things to do, nothing. Enjoy the fact that the fish are happy and breeding. This is great news for your system.
Notes: your clowns will now become more territorial. Frighteningly so. I mean watch your fingers! Also, be careful adding any new fish into the system. They may harass them to death.

From what I've read, raising baby clowns is a very precise, and specialized practice that requires specific knowledge, a dedicated aquarium for the babies, special equipment and the ability to culture your own live food. If you don't have all of this stuff, those eggs are going to hatch into delicious treats for the rest of the tank. Either way... it's good stuff!

Yep. I would not even try to raise the babies. If it is something you are passionate about, read up a lot. You will need all new set ups and you will need live foods as stated above. I just let mine go naturally and feed everyone in the tank. My daughter is always trying to get me to do it. Not going to happen.
I have a breeder near by that may come harvest mine at some point though. I have two sets of really nice clowns. Soon to be two more sets if I can get them aged up a bit.

I agree with what the others have said. It takes a good bit of work to raise baby clowns. Lots of cultures of green water and rotifiers and lots of water changes (or so I've read, I never tried to do it myself). I have two pair and I enjoy watching them spawn and care for the eggs and then "poof" one morning they're all gone. I guess the other fish had a feast on them.
