Based on size are mucus cones associated with Marine ich.
Tanks 200g 800L there is 1 purple tang with the spots. 4 green Chromas and 2 clowns which don’t have spots. A couple snails and a Nem. I don’t have a QT tank, wish I did no room unfortunately.Looks like textbook ich to me.
You have several options, including a couple good ones. Tell us about your tank. Any other fish in there? Any corals or other inverts? Do you have a QT available?
I do have a small tank on hand I can setup. But no equipment, cycled water for it? I can’t have another permanent tank setup in myLooks like textbook ich to me.

One option would be to move the snails and anemone to the smaller tank and then treat your main tank with all of the fish in it with hyposalinity. Your other fish aren’t showing ich spots yet, but they’ve been exposed so will need to be treated. Here is a post about hypo:I do have a small tank on hand I can setup. Apartment. But I could have a temp one. How could I go about that?

Ok so I think I’ll do this but to get it right. I need to lower my salinity from 35 ppt to 12 over 2 days? Keep it at 12 salinity for 30-35 days. One option would be to move the snails and anemone to the smaller tank and then treat your main tank with all of the fish in it with hyposalinity. Hyposalinity
Hyposalinity Jay Hemdal 2024 This term refers to a long-term bath treatment for marine fishes in which the salt content of the water is lowered and held below the point that certain parasites can survive. The salt level reached, and the time of the treatment are the two variables...www.reef2reef.com

You can lower the salinity fairly quickly (dont go instantaneously) to 1.009 salinity. Once treatment is over/cured, you have to bring salinity up VERY slowlyOk so I think I’ll do this but to get it right. I need to lower my salinity from 35 ppt to 12 over 2 days? I have a Hanna salinity checker I’ll be using. I’ll keep the nem and snails in the small tank. Is there anything else I missed or need to be aware of ?
got my qt setup, dont have a wave maker though. Im guessing since theres no fish i wont need one?
Also could not find one of the snails. :S
is there anything else i need to get for the qt setup?

The anenome is doing really poorly in the quarantine tank. its shrivelling over like a willow tree. Maybe i can take it to my LFS to look after
Not sure I understand - yes, hyposalinity should be run at 12 ppt for 30 days, then slowly bring the fish out of it over 4 or 5 days. Don’t add fish to an active hypo treatment. And, if you add new non-quarantined fish, you may reintroduce ich again.Hey so my purple tang and clowns died while i was doing hyposalinity.. : (
The anenome is fine in the quarantine and 4 green chromis are left in the tank. not sure what i did wrong but i guess ill learn to quarantine all fish next time.
As for the display do i just keep it at 12 ppt salinity until the 35 days is up and then add some fish again?
