Is this worm a parasite or benign critter?

I saw this thing wiggling like crazy as it floated through the water. There was a 2nd one but I lost site of it before I could catch it. It was after the lights had been off for over an hour. From the way it moves, it makes me worry that it's a parasite. I'll try to attach a link to a YouTube video so you can see it better. Its pretty small... whatever it is.

I dont even know how to begin pronouncing that lol. Some of the images do seem like it could be my culprit. Are those basically a young bristle worm? I have a ton of bristle worms in my tank
 
Could be a bristle or many other types of young worms. Most are welcome.
 
It seemed to be squirming a lot more then the bristle worms I've seen. Most of them move pretty slow in my tank. This thing was spazzing out. I guess I'll just keep an eye on my fish over the next few days.
 
In the epitoke stage of life they all swim like that.
