Is this worm good or bad?

Hey everyone - just pulled a rock out of my tank (don’t ask why, not sure I can explain it) and I guess it is a good sign that there were all sorts of things living in it. One of them was this worm, anyone know if it’s good or bad?

It’s a bristleworm. Possibly a fireworm(bad), hard to tell with it out of water.

its a bristle worm for me I think its good it eats detritus and left over food.

Kinda weird. I'd say bristle worm. Good for the tank, but don't touch. They do pack a sting.
