Just saw my regal swimming around with this hanging out. Eventually got a pic of it floating and then also after removing it (though picking it up smashed it super easy). Everything that goes into this tank gets a full QT by TTM and prophylactic Prazi/metro, corals do their time in a separate QT.

White stringy poop is a symptom associated with intestinal parasites or worms. As part of your prophylactic treatment do you feed medicated food?

No, I dose the QT tank and observe. Never had anyone with anything that looks like that during the observation period in QT.

If it's a 1 time thing and I don't see it looking like that next, can it just be a weird 1 off?

It is best now to add a scoop of API General Cure + focus to TBS of frozen food and feed for 14 days. I like to add garlic guard to entice them to eat the medication.
