Is this worth trying to save? (Probably Stupid Question)

So I ordered a Red Montipora Cap, it was delayed 1 day in shipping and arrived purely white, maybe a touch of green somewhere in there. I've gone ahead and assumed its a lost cause with no saving, but just in case I dipped it in coral Rx and put it in the tank while I ask if there is any chance for it at this point.

Should I keep it in there and see if it can come back, or just get it out of the tank and order another?.

I'm not sure why it looks so purple in the picture, but its very white.

Looks purple probably because you’re taking a pic under blue/purple using no filter...But I could be wrong. Yes, it can still be alive even though it bleached....So I would say it worth trying but I’ll wait for someone who is a better expert on what to do in these situations to chime in. Have you contacted the vendor?

Yes I did contact them and they offered a refund for it already. I figured it was best to get ahead of it since it looked to be in such bad shape.

I'd keep it under bright lighting, and make sure your params are stable. You'ld be surprised how resilient they are - just give it time.

I have had sps bleach and come back. Leave it for now, nothing to lose, everything to gain.

Well this sounds more hopeful than I had anticipated! Its in probably the highest lighting and flow area in the tank right now.

Is there anything special I can do in order to help it out?

The first is my sunset monti and the 3rd is when I bought it (on the right) this was the 1st time it bleached. The 2nd time it cover the rock and was white. Can't find the pic. The 2nd and 4th pics are Dino covered to now sps.
