Is those wave makers enough?

I have the waterbox matine x60.2. Dimensions 600 x 500 x 500mm is 2 neros 3 enough for it?

Flow depends on what coral you keep, where they are places, what the rock work is like, what sand you have, etc.

But, no matter what wavemaker u have, always is better to have more of them, for better coverage and flow trough the tank.....

It's easy to tune it down if they are too strong, but no matter how strong are, more is better....
