Is Weld On #3 Reef Safe

I ordered some Weld On #3 to glue some acrylic and read the MSDS sheet that came with it and happened to notice this warning. I imagine it is probably only if I poured it directly in the tank and once it's cured it will be fine. The long term warning is a little concerning. I just wanted to get some feedback from everyone.

Correct, once it's cured it's safe.

It is reef safe, once dry.
I have used it a few times correcting mistakes I've made on sumps.
