Just what the title says. .. one of mine blew out from power surge upon return of power after hurricane IRMA. I know these are pretty old light units but I don't intend to upgrade since they're perfect for my needs. I also don't have pockets full of money. Prep and aftermath for the hurricane was expensive as well as losing a week of income. Please be fair. Thank you

Ohh that’ sucks. I unplugged my lights and any expensive equipment. Do u have power? I’m in Pompano and I’m on my 7th day no power

I unplugged the apex unit but forgot I put the AI's on a separate outlet for "some" light to plug into the generator periodically. My husband then plugged the cord into the wall when not in use (I didn't know this) during the night so he knew what plug was for which item. The power surged on and off at 7am then finally returned to normal at 10am. Ugh.

I am so sorry you are still out of power some are still out here as well. I just got lucky to be one of the first who got power back (no trees on our streets wires). I hope yours were turns very soon

Yeah. Our wires are fine just no one wants to come down my street. Ugh whatever thought. Tanks doing fine bc of the generator and bubblers
