If new is fine then Nemos Reef in the Charlotte area had a shallow frag tank on the floor for sale the last time I was in there.
 
I was there today and they still had it on the floor. Dimensions are 48x24x10. Think it was a deep blue and volume was 50g, not 100% sure of this part. Should have took a picture.

Got a deep blue 80 in 20181. $300 with stand and return pump. Also have an ATI and a reef breeders Led I’m going to sell as well.
