Isopod - good, bad, neither?

Having a hard time finding the exact match for ID. Everything points to "bad" yet every time I see them they are in the sand bed or on the glass only. Any thoughts?

I actually just noticed you said dynamene, so actually, you're correct. A dynamene IS a Sphaeromatidae

Thank you I was not positive as to its identity. I have a tank full of them. As I have been fish less for several months now.
